SEANWICHES started in my kitchen in Long Beach during the pandemic. A speakeasy sandwich shop for the neighborhood, because when the world shuts down, who doesn't want a good sandwich. I thought about opening a brick and mortar, but the road called first. That small idea planted the seed for something bigger, a brand.

This blog is where I keep that dream alive. It is part sandwich artist on the road, and part travel show, inspired by The Pregame, a past project built around exploring the food, drinks, and rituals that surround sporting events. Influenced by Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations, I travel with curiosity, chase flavors, and push myself to step outside my comfort zone. What you will find here is a mosaic of stories made up of travel, food, culture, and sports, all tied together.

At the heart of it, I am chasing experiences. The sandwich with the perfect view, the pregame bars filled with fans singing their team’s songs, the journeys that turn into stories you carry for a lifetime. One day, SEANWICHES will take root again. The sign will read The Bodega featuring SEANWICHES, painted on a brick wall. It will be the neighborhood hangout, serving sandwich creations and flavors from around the world. A place where people come together to watch the big game and share their own travel memories. Until then, the journey continues here, one sandwich, one story, one adventure at a time.
