The Sandwich Affair - Paris

There’s something special about a sandwich. Simple ingredients, unpretentious, yet somehow it speaks volumes about where you are and who you are. A sandwich isn’t just a meal. It’s a story between two slices of bread, a testament to human ingenuity in the art of eating. Welcome to Sights & SEANWICHES, where we chase those stories.

The world may be full of Michelin-starred restaurants, but I’ve always found that the best bites often come from a roadside stand or the back of someone’s grandmother’s kitchen. This blog is about the pursuit of those perfect moments, when a sandwich, a view, and a state of mind align to create something unforgettable.

During the pandemic, I turned my kitchen into SEANWICHES, a humble sanctuary where I could experiment with flavors and send my creations out into the world to be enjoyed with a side of ocean breeze or a mountain sunset. Now, as I roam from place to place, each new destination offers a canvas for the next great sandwich experience.

Inspired by Bourdain’s unapologetic love for the world’s gritty corners and untold stories, I invite you to join me on this journey. We are not just looking for the perfect sandwich. We are searching for the perfect experience, that moment when food, place, and people come together in harmony.

So pack your passport, fuel your appetite, buy the ticket, take the walk.
